It’s your girl on Keepin’ it 💯 with HR! My name is Gwendolyn, but most people call meGwen for short.

I’m a consultant, human resources professional and front-end developer. I created this blog to connect with people on my journey into HR world.

After finishing graduate school, in March 2012, I officially made a career change. I landed a generalist role at 3M and  supported the HR function and helped steer local community affairs.

While HR, employment law, and politics are a few of my main interest, I love writing about things relative to HR with a bit of humor. And of course, keepin’ it 💯 with people!
